A few things to say
*I love Australia. In two years we'll live there I hope.
*All my money is gone because of the stupid scooter accident. I worked so hard for it, and now it's all gone. I really hate the man who is responsible for this. He didn't even say sorry.
*Wesley and I are going to marry on the 21th of july 2006 :-)
*I quit my antidipressants, two days ago I took the last one. I hate the pills and yet i'm very glad they exist. My libido is already coming back, thank god. I'm doing good, I think.
*I can continue my year. This was a bit of an issue because I missed two classes because of the accident. They told me yesterday I am allowed to continue. So i'm really busy now.

Pppffffff, internet is hier echt zo fuckin´ langzaam. Ik wilde net iedereen weer zo´n reuze interessant (uche) lang mailtje gaan sturen, maar daar heb ik nu niet zo n zin meer in.
De winter is hier begonnen, dus het is hier erg koud (20 graden op z n minst :) en we hebben al 1 heele echt stortbui gehad. De straten werden hier toen veranderd in een rivier, echt onvoorstelbaat hoeveel regen er in zo n kleine tijd kan vallen!!!
Uuh, hhmm, I m was writing in dutch, sorry. Lets continue in english than. (my english is worse than before now, cuz my head is mixed up with spanish, german, english and dutch)
A few deys ago I watched a movie, Moulin rouge, and I really had a good time there!! *smile* I thought the movie was so bad that it was rather funny all the time.
The cinema was nice too, it was just a living room with a lot of very old couches, and you had to watch a big television :-)
This weekend we wend to Xela (quetsaltenango) and there were some hot spring sourses. The water in the pools was heated by the vulcano, and it was so nice, and worm.
But this was the only nice thing this weekend. I went there with two dutch girls, but they were together all the time, and I was very moody (just because of some things, for example They were nagociating with the car driver for twenty minutes to get the ride for one guilder cheaper *annoying*).
Because of thad I really did feel very bad, and... uhm, wathever!
It s fine now, and I m happy again :)
well, I dont want to write anymore, so I m off now.

Wauw, I'm in love with this place!!! It's so fuckin' beautifull.
On friday I climbed the active vulcana Pacaya! It was really a tough climb, but it was worth it. The gasses came out there (isn't a nice smell when you breathe it by accident) and the vieuw up there is super! unfortunately we couldn't see the lava cuz there was tooo much steam.
In the weekend I went to a vulcano lake, by chickenbuss!!!
(short explanation: chickenbuss is a old bumbed schoolbus, which get used for the purpose as normal bus in Guatemala) You have to sit on this benches, but my legs didn't really fit. When the bus is almost full, you have to sit with three poeple on the bench (which is ment for two children) so you fit only with the half of your but, and most of the time you have to stand. :-) It was rather funny to be in there.
We saw many more poor people and children in the villages we visited. Most of the children are working, trying to sell stuff! I really don't like to see all this poorness. They have to live in houses made of golfplaten (dont know the english word).
It's also very cheap! Yesterday we had a meal+ milkshake for only Q 30 (this is f 10 - in dutch money.

I just came back from some basketball game, in the heat, so I'm really exhousted now! But Fine!!!

Hi there
I'm in Guatemala now, and its very nice in here!!!!
Yesterday morning I said goodbye to my parends, Eline, Wesley and Ellen at the airport. I really don't like saying goodbye! And than there I was, all alone *scary*
All the fying went well, exept for my fight with the planebreakfast!
Now its my first day here, and I have a great time already!
Well, I have to go now, cuz in five minutes my dinner will be served!

Hi there, this is me being bored and hungry, and a little bit moody, but very ok!
I'm a little proud of me cuz I haven't been hurting myself for two and a half week now :-) (I used to do it every day) and I hope I'll keep it this way! Wes, I know you won't believe it, but you helped me a lot, thank you!
When I'm back I'll continue therapy and I'll try to get my life straight. Right now all I do is sleep, eat, sleep hang behind the compu and go out (and sleep), and this is not good, no way.
Well, what has been up lately,
Monday I spend my day with Paul, we talked, listened music, played games (i suck at that). We even played with his old toys *LOL* we were racing with a car, hihi. (sorry Paul) and we really enjoyed ourselves, or at least I did!
It seemed to me a long time ago we did that.
In the evening I went to Wesley and Ellen to watch a movie (again).
Tuesday there was this stupid queensday, I really hate that day. Crhappy bands with a lot of trompets playing awful songs, it's way too crowded in town, and everyone is drunk in the middle of the day on the streets. And the worst part of it was that we were in town, in this stupid crowd! Next time I'll stay home!!! In the evening there was another mindless rehearsal. I really love to be there! Mindless is getting better with every song they write at the moment (well, thats what I think of it)!
Wensday went to E.T., I never saw this movie before, shame on me, and to the fast and the furious, and today I did some shopping and watched another movie with Ellen and Wesley!
Hhm, I'm even getting bored with typing this (begrijpelijk, maar toch) so I'm gonna quit now!

Last night in the Gonzo Vinny, Anita, Tjeerd, Wesley and Paul gave me a present for Guatemala, I think the nicest I've ever had. I'm very very happy with it and I'll watch it over and over again when I'm there!

I'm curious!!! I'm very curious! My Mom told me today I had to babysit my sister on sunday next week. When I aksed why, she told me she couln't say cuz it's a surprise. I haven't got the faintest idea what this can be (last time thay had a surprise was nine years ago when we got a babysister). Oooohh, I wanna know!
Yesterday I went to Syberia with Wesley, Vinny, Vae and Tjeerd (Vaentella and Vinny looked very nice in their pink outfits), had a nice time, tonight staddijk and the Gonzo (for a change). Dunno anything nice to tell you now, and I have to clean my room a bit before Marjolein comes, so I'm off.

Two Weeks and three days to go and than I'll leave to Guatemala!! *smile* I really want to go there. Hihi, I'll go to the sun :-)
My plane leaves on the 5th of may at half past eight in the morning. I have to change planes at Madrid and Miami and I arrive at nine en the evening in Guatemala city (There it is eight hours earlier). HHmz, kinda scary to go all by myselve, I think I'm glad when I finally arrive!
For eight weeks I'll live in a host family. One woman, Elena, and her child Lorena.
For Ellen and Wesley, this is the adress; 7a. Avenida Sur No. 9, Antigua.
My volunteers work will be in a sort of hospital. Some of the people are abandoned, old people and others patients or ill persons who need to rest and cannot stay in a normal hospital (cuz they don't have money) but can't stay in their homes eighter, because there are no resources. I'll probably help to take care of the children who are there.
After four weeks learning Spanish and four weeks working I'll have one week to travel through the country (to climb working vulcano's, visit temples etc.). After this week I'll fly to Florida to visit a friend who studies there and my parends who are on holidays. One week to relax, hang around on the beach and stuff! And than, on july 16 I finally go back.
And than I'm very glad to see you all again after ten weeks!
OOOooohhh, I'm goin' to miss you! Love ya all!

Oh my goth, how can people live like that???
Okay, imagine a awfully dirty toilet (have you got it?), now make it ten time worse and than you have the toilet in the house where Charlotte has to live. Poor girl!
Yesterday she had to move, so we went to Amsterdam to paint and clean her new room. She lives now in a room of an appartment in the center of Amsterdam, but it is really awful in the house! The guy who is the owner is drunk all the time, and dirty and disgusting! Ans it smells in the place *ieagh*.
The toilet was just full of shit and what he threw-up, and his filthy underwear lay on the ground.
I really hope she'll find a better room soon, and also that the guy isn't dangerous. Good luck to you Lot!

1:49 am - my boring story

Hi there
Pfff, I think it?s a good idea to delete eastern or other stupid celebrations! Every time there is such a thing, I have to visit both my grandfathers in Zeeland, which is very very boring. This morning at ten o clock (I have been in the Gonzo until four) my parents wake me up for breakfast, and then we had to hurry up because we had to leave. Fortunately my father wanted me to drive the car (a peugot 806, and oh my god this thing it is huge!) so I tried very hard to drive properly (not like the Saturday I picked everyone up, and scared the hell out of everyone by my driving style). So after three hours in the car we arrived, and after that I was bored to death until the evening, when I drove back again. Grrumpf I?m still a bit moody!!
Well, it have been a while since I updated my journal, so here comes my boring story.

My train story
Wednesday I had this dumb Fleur action! I had the stupid idea of going outside to take a run, and when I was tired I wanted to sit down somewhere in the sun. So what does Fleurtje do, she descends a little hill to sit besides a train rail, not knowing it isn?t allowed. After a while the first train passes by (quite normal) and after a second while I saw the second train, but this time the train drove really slow. So I thought ooooh jeeehh??.and then the train stopped for me, and the machinist (how do you say this in English?) came out to ask if everything was okay, and to tell me there had been a report at the headquarter I was sitting there! And all the people in the train were looking at me, of course, so I was very fully ashamed of myself,??.me silly person!
(morals of this story: don?t you ever go for a run, cause you?ll be ashamed of yourself!)
In the evening I went to the Gonzo with Timmmah (tiemf) (and there we saw the other people), to watch the movie Final Fantasy, but after a few minutes we decided it wasn?t nice enough to watch, so we ended up playing darts and photoplay in the back of the Gonzo!
Oh, uhm, it?s a little late and my mother wants me to go to bed, so I have to interrupt my boring story, you don?t mind, do you?
